The Marketplace is where third-party sellers list books for sale. You can purchase from them just like you would from the Online Bookstore.

• Payment is secure: Your payment is processed through the Online Bookstore, and sellers never see your banking information.

• Book vouchers can be used if funds are available.

Shipping & Returns

• Sellers have 2 business days to ship your order.

• Returns are up to the seller and are not guaranteed.

• Orders cannot be canceled by Online Bookstore support.

• Marketplace items ship to U.S. addresses only.

 Before You Order

• Check the seller’s comments and item details, as the condition may differ from the bookstore’s version.

• Free shipping promotions from your school do not apply to Marketplace items.

• Track your order: Go to Order History in your account.

• Need help? Click Contact Seller in your My Account section. Sellers handle any Marketplace-related issues directly.
