Refund Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for a refund, ALL of these must be true:
Timing Requirements
Purchased within the last 2 weeks (14 days)
Usage Limits
Haven't viewed or printed more than 20% of your eBook
You have not revealed or used any access codes for any online resources/courseware
eBook must be in online mode (not downloaded for offline use)
You are not returning an eTextbook from one of the publishers in our Return Policy Exceptions.
Important Courseware Exception
NO REFUNDS for Courseware once the access code is revealed - even if:
You just purchased it
You haven't used the code yet
It's within the 2-week window

Ask yourself:
When did I buy this? (Must be ≤ 14 days ago)
How much have I read/printed? (Must be ≤ 20%)
Is it an eBook or Courseware? (Courseware = no refunds after code reveal)
Ready to Request?
